Getting Ready for the Dissertation Defense

As you can guess from the title of this article, it is dedicated to the process of preparation to your dissertation defense. This is what we are going to do. We will help you get prepared to the dissertation defense.

So, you should do the following in order to get prepared to the dissertation defense:

  • In the morning, do not hurry up to get off your soft and cozy bed. You had better sleep several hours more, or just stay in bed and relax.
  • During the day, do everything slowly. Do not overload your brain with mental activities. Try to think less. Do not read anything. Do not focus. Stay relaxed all day long.
  • Take a hot bath. It will help you relax more.
  • Walk in the park alone or with your friends.
  • Do not think about the dissertation defense. Forget about it till tomorrow.
  • Go to sleep early in order to have enough time to rest.
