Certainly, there are some things you should be aware of while writing your English research paper.
You need to vary the rhythm of your English research papers’ sentences.
To be more precise, while writing your English research papers, you have to find a balance between long and short sentences. Basically, some of your English research paper’s sentences should be enriched with expressions and more complicated sentence fragments, whereas some sentence may be short (but not meaningless).
You have to use active verbs in your English research paper.
Your English research paper should be filled with the verbs that bring energy and passion into your paper. By writing your paper in a passive voice, you will simply sound unconfident and not direct enough. For example, you may write: “It is important to remember that this work belongs to post-modern literature.” Sounds fine, but it would be so much better to say: “While conducting research, I have found out that this work belongs to post-modern literature”. This way, you are showing your examiner that you have been researching this issue and made some important research paper analysis.
You should take advantage of concrete language.
This does not mean that your English research paper has to include some slang or conversational phrases. No, on the contrary, your English research paper should be written in formal English, but using normal and clear words.
These easy English research paper writing rules should help you improve your writing skills.
