- Cell B will involve important, but not urgent tasks. Note, that assignments from this cell often appear in A cell.
- Cell C is with urgent, but not important tasks. Phone calls, messages, talks that may be easily ignored.
- Part D is with neither urgent nor important tasks.
Try to monitor your daily activity, and define which cell is the most time consuming for you. Most people are in cells C and A. However, those who are able to manage their assignments, dedicate most of their time to cell B. Try to ignore C and D cells, and do not allow assignments from B appear in a Cell, and you will never tell “I need help with writing an essay” because of extreme time shortage.
